Really enjoyed the first 2 days of the course they were very informative and the practical element was very useful.

I have found this course a bit hard for me, I am not academic but usually manage in the end. At the start I really felt I lost my confidence in what I knew I was very good at. Now however I have felt I have gained so much. My confidence has returned and I feel a much better exercise after stroke instructor. Tailoring  is so much easier when you know more about the effects of the condition.

I learnt a lot of practical solutions for progressing
and tailoring exercise to suit patients, extremely useful. John and Sara made all the difference to the learning experience :)

Freedom Leisure in Hailsham Leisure centre is the lucky recipient at the “National Fitness awards” in the UK of the Best Rehabilitation Facility of the year Award 2015. It has been wonderful to be able to use some of the training LLT have given us to reach out to the more vulnerable and harder to reach clients in our community. The training has certainly enabled and helped give us the confidence to assist this group of clients. Long may it continue.
